Our ice cream is made from simple and local ingredients. Our ice cream base is cream and milk to which we add fruit, honey and/or sugar.
It contains no eggs, no preservatives and no stabilizers. For what ? Because she is just perfect!
For a few years, Hélène, Eric, Jeanne and François had a recipe for sea buckthorn ice cream that he had developed for their personal pleasure. This unique creation was the result of their passion and love for exquisite flavors. Over time, the craze for our sea buckthorn ice cream grew so strong that we decided to share it. In 2022, we made the bold decision to make this ice cream available to everyone. The positive reactions were quick to come, and we were overwhelmed by the success and growing demands.
Jeanne and Eric put their creativity to good use and developed two other sensational flavors showcasing Quebec honey and berries. Their expertise and love for quality ingredients is reflected in every bite of our honey ice creams, which have quickly become must-haves for lovers of frozen treats.

The farm shop is open Friday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. from May 15 to October 30.
*We don't guarantee that every bite will have blueberries, but the amount in a jar has been tested to get blueberries in almost every bite.
On August 19, 2023 we are off the farm for a wedding. There will therefore be no no farm tours on August 19.
Sea buckthorn self-picking remains possible and the shop will be open according to the usual schedule.
