Chocolate honey brownie

A treat, nothing less. When we decided to make a brownie recipe with our chocolate honey, we had no idea that the result would be so extraordinary! After several tries, here we are with this super simple and easy recipe requiring only a few ingredients to make homemade brownies.

  • 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tea spoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate honey
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter temperate


  • Place the grill at the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line the bottom of a 20 cm (8 in) square pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, melt the chocolate honey in the microwave (less than 45 seconds) or in a bain-marie.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs, warm chocolate honey and sugar with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth, about 2 minutes. At low speed, add the flour and salt, alternating with the melted butter.
  • Spread the mixture into the mold. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownie comes out with mixture and not completely clean.
  • Leave to cool slightly and serve warm.
