In a skillet, brown the pork cubes in olive oil. Book.
In the same skillet, cook the onions for 4 minutes.
Then deglaze with the honey and add the beef broth without waiting too long. Honey tends to burn quickly.
Return the cubes to the skillet with the herbs, salt and pepper.
Cook for 1 hour over very low heat with a lid. Make sure there is always some broth left.
