Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In an ovenproof casserole dish, roast the meat on each side in the oil and butter. Reserve.
Add the shallots, garlic and ginger and cook for about 3 minutes.
Deglaze with the chicken broth. Add the spread, mustard, salt and pepper and mix well.
Return the roast to the pan and bake for 1 hour or until the roast is cooked to your liking.
