Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a partnership between consumer and farmer. By buying baskets in the spring for the season, the consumer can support the expenses of the beginning of the season, such as the purchase of seeds, the heating of the greenhouse and various materials. In return, the farmer agrees to deliver a basket of fresh vegetables every week to the specified delivery point.
The CSA is a way for you to eat fresh, organic and local products while supporting your farmer and the local economy.
This is another way to get fresh produce from your local farmer. The principle is simple. You choose the vegetables from your basket at the frequency of your choice (every week, every two weeks, every month, etc.) and each of your purchases will be deducted from your account. You can choose to put a credit of 275$, 350$ or 500$ for the season. The personalized basket is a very flexible option. Indeed, in addition to allowing you to choose your vegetables, this option allows you to skip a week or go on vacation without having to give or move your basket. *At the end of the season, any residual credit is non-refundable and non-transferable for the following year. In addition, this is only applicable to farm products. Our products are sold on a first come, first served basis.
This basket is available at three delivery points on a weekly basis. The first basket is expected around mid-June. An email to notify you of the pick-up of the first basket will be sent to you in advance. For the 2022 season, around thirty varieties of vegetables and herbs will be grown. In each of your baskets, you will find between 8 and 12 organic vegetables from our gardens. In addition, as an option, it is possible to obtain fruit and honey (non-organic). You can find an example of the contents of the baskets here.

Custom baskets offer the flexibility we need in the summer! The freshness of the products is always there! What could be better than eating fresh, organic, reducing our ecological footprint while encouraging a local business? I highly recommend this company on a human scale!
Vegetable baskets are an easy way to buy fresh and local, to discover new recipes, and to cook with the seasons. And as a bonus, fun and friendly conversations while picking!
I always look forward to the first vegetables from the Petites Écores farm being ready; the freshness, the quality and the fact that they are organic means that I can't live without them. I freeze them at the end of the season to make sure I have some for part of the winter. I love the fact that I can reserve baskets that allow me to choose my vegetables and when I need them. Big thanks!
I like to discover the vegetables that I receive in my basket. It allows me to try new recipes, discover lesser-known vegetables. The freshness and taste are incomparable to grocery products. As I like to say, it tastes like sunshine!
We enjoy cultivating our relationship with our customers as much as our vegetables.
Regular baskets (every week) are made for larger families, those who love vegetables a lot or vegetarians/vegans. You have to be creative, like to cook and discover new vegetables!
