chopped garlic cloves

sea buckthorn spread

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In an ovenproof casserole dish, brown the meat on all sides in oil and butter. Set aside.
Add the shallots, garlic and ginger and cook for about 3 minutes.
Deglaze with chicken broth. Add the spread, mustard, salt and pepper and mix well.
Return the roast to the pot and bake for 1 hour or until the roast is cooked to your liking.
