Honey
Instructions
In a pan, brown the pork cubes in olive oil. Reserve.
In the same pan, cook the onions for 4 minutes.
Then deglaze with honey and add the beef broth without waiting too long. Honey tends to burn quickly.
Return the cubes to the pan with the herbs, salt and pepper.
Cook for 1 hour over very low heat with a lid. Make sure there is still some broth left.
