Pork cubes with honey and herbs

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g pork cube
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 laurel
  • 1 vs. tsp thyme
  • 1 vs. tsp tarragon
  • 1 vs. tsp sage
  • 1 vs. soup Honey

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, brown the pork cubes in olive oil. Reserve.
  • In the same pan, cook the onions for 4 minutes.
  • Then deglaze with honey and add the beef broth without waiting too long. Honey tends to burn quickly.
  • Return the cubes to the pan with the herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 1 hour over very low heat with a lid. Make sure there is still some broth left.
