A treat, nothing less. When we decided to make a brownie recipe with our chocolate honey, we had no idea that the result would be so extraordinary! After several tries, here we are with this super simple and easy recipe requiring only a few ingredients to make homemade brownies.
Place the rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line the bottom of a 20 cm (8 in) square pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, melt the chocolate honey in the microwave (less than 45 seconds) or in a bain-marie.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, warm chocolate honey, and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes. On low speed, gradually add the flour and salt, alternating with the melted butter.
Spread the mixture in the pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownie comes out with some mixture on it, not completely clean.
Let cool slightly and serve warm.
