For the past few years, Hélène, Eric, Jeanne and François had developed a recipe for sea buckthorn ice cream For their own personal enjoyment. In 2022, we made the decision to make this ice cream available to everyone. The positive reactions were immediate, and we were overwhelmed by the success and increasing demand.

The farm shop is open from Friday to Sunday from 9:30am to 4:00pm from May 15th to October 30th.
