Our ice cream is made from simple and local ingredients. Our ice cream base is cream and milk to which we add fruit, honey and/or sugar.
It contains no eggs, no preservatives and no stabilizers. For what ? Because she is just perfect!
For several years, Hélène, Eric, Jeanne and François had developed a recipe for sea buckthorn ice cream for their personal pleasure. This unique creation was the fruit of their passion and love for exquisite flavors. Over time, the popularity of our sea buckthorn ice cream became so strong that we decided to share it. In 2022, we made the decision to make this ice cream available to everyone. The positive feedback was immediate, and we were overwhelmed by the success and growing demands.
Jeanne and Eric used their creativity and developed two other sensational flavors highlighting Quebec honey and berries. Their expertise and love for quality ingredients are reflected in every bite of our honey ice creams, which have quickly become must-haves for frozen treat lovers.

The farm shop is open Friday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. from May 15 to October 30.
