1. Competition Organizer:

• The competition is organized by Ferme Les Petites Écores (hereinafter “the Organizer”), located at 547 chemin des Outaouais, Pointe-Fortune, Qc, J0P1N0.

2. Competition Period:

• The competition begins on May 6, 2025 at 5:00 AM and ends on May 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

3. Eligibility:

• The contest is open to any person legally residing in Canada and of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of participation.
• Employees, representatives and agents of the Organizer, its affiliates, its suppliers, its advertising and promotion agency, as well as members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, children, brothers and sisters) and persons living under the same roof are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate:

No purchase necessary. To participate, individuals can enter in three different ways:

• Contribute to the Sentier des saveurs project's crowdfunding campaign at https://laruchequebec.com/sentier-des-saveurs 
• OR Write a handwritten letter to the Organizer explaining why you wish to participate in the contest and including your email address. The letter must be sent and received at 547 Chemin des Outaouais, Pointe-Fortune, J0P 1N0, QC no later than June 20, 2025 at 5:00 PM to be considered valid.
• For an extra chance to win, comment and share the Facebook or Instagram post for the May 6, 2025 contest from Ferme Les Petites Écores.

5. Price:

The prize is four tickets valid for a picnic table during the Organizer's summer 2025 event. Estimated value: 580$. The winner must notify the Organizer as soon as possible of their preferred date. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the requested date if there is no picnic table available, if the event is fully booked, or for any other reason deemed valid by the Organizer. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be used in 2025 according to the available dates. The prize must be accepted as is; no substitutions are possible. The Organizer reserves the right to replace a prize with another of equal or greater value if the originally offered prize is no longer available for any reason.

6. Drawing:

The draw will take place on June 25, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Ferme Les Petites Écores. The participant whose name is drawn will have to answer a mathematical skill-testing question in order to win the prize.

7. Awarding of the Prize:

The winner will be announced on the Organizer's Facebook and Instagram pages and will be contacted by email. If the winner's email address is unavailable, the participant must contact the Organizer within 7 days of the announcement to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the winner's announcement, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize or award it to another participant.

8. Dispute Resolution:

A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. settled. A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize can be submitted to the Quebec Alcohol, Racing and Gaming Commission solely for the purpose of an intervention to try to resolve it.

9. General Terms and Conditions:

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the contest at any time, without notice, if circumstances beyond its control require it.
• The Organizer is not responsible for entries that are lost, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, misdirected or not received due to technical problems, network failures, etc.
• Participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all respects.
• Participants release the Organizer, Facebook (or any other platform) from any liability related to the contest.

10. Applicable Law:

• The contest is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
