It is with great pride that Ferme Les Petites Écores and Sous Les Oliviers announce our collaboration with renowned Chef Jean-François Plante, a creator of flavors and passionate about local products. He will highlight our organic vegetables, honey, sea buckthorn and pastured poultry as well as olive oil offered by Sous Les Oliviers. Having a good knowledge of Quebec products, it seemed logical to us to work with him to offer you an unforgettable evening, where the elegance of the cuisine meets the richness of our harvests.
On the menu this year : organic vegetables, honey, sea buckthorn and pastured poultry from Ferme Les Petites Écores and olive oil from Sous les Oliviers, enhanced by the talent of Chef Jean-François Plante.

On the menu this year : discover the wild boar from Ferme Pointe-Fortune on wood fires! Raised free-range by our neighbors, this wild boar, with its rich flavor and exceptional tenderness, will be the star of your meal. With a taste somewhere between pork and beef, wild boar is a meat worth discovering!

For several years, Bon à Croquer has chosen our products for their catering service. With their extensive knowledge of our products, it seemed logical to work with them to offer you an unforgettable evening. Passionate about quality local products and a desire to create unique culinary experiences, Dominique and Jean-Sébastien will showcase our pasture-raised meats with respect for animal welfare and the environment.
On the menu this year: pastured pork and chicken from Ferme Les Petites Écores, enhanced by the talent of Bon à Croquer’s guest chefs!

In short, a country table is a complete culinary experience, highlighting the taste, freshness, and authenticity of our farm and local produce. It's our way of offering you an unforgettable shared moment in the heart of our farm.
No problem! We have a large marquee that can accommodate you.
In the event of a thunderstorm or dangerous weather conditions, the evening may be adapted and moved indoors. But that doesn't happen with us; the weather is always beautiful at Ferme Les Petites Écores!
Unfortunately, we do not have an allergy-friendly menu for 2023. Dairy products are used at several levels of the meal. Gluten is present in some appetizers and in mealtime bread only.
We are waiting for you from 5:00 p.m. Tours start at 5:30 p.m. and dinner is at 7:00 p.m.
We do not believe our country dinner is currently suitable for young children, as the tour and dinner last approximately 4 hours. You will need to purchase an adult ticket.
There are so many reasons, but most importantly:
Feel free to dress comfortably for a walk in the fields and a pleasant evening. In August, it can sometimes get a little cooler in the evenings. Bring a jacket if necessary.
