Pork cubes with honey and herbs

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g pork cube
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 laurel
  • 1 tea spoon thyme
  • 1 tea spoon tarragon
  • 1 tea spoon sage
  • 1 tablespoon honey of all flowers

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, brown the pork cubes in olive oil. Book.
  • In the same skillet, cook the onions for 4 minutes.
  • Then deglaze with the honey and add the beef broth without waiting too long. Honey tends to burn quickly.
  • Return the cubes to the skillet with the herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 1 hour over very low heat with a lid. Make sure there is always some broth left.
