Chocolate honey and wild blueberries from Lac St-Jean pie

Blueberries and chocolate, a divine combination that everyone appreciates. We have prepared a pie for you based on this delicious mix with wild blueberries from Lac St-Jean and our chocolate honey. In addition, it is slightly melting in the center! Can we really ask for anything more? It will satisfy all the guests.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup honey chocolate honey
  • ¼ cup cream 35% cooking
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup frozen lake st-jean wild blueberries
  • 1 shortbread crust (we like that of Ricardo. Pre-bake 8 minutes only.)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F
  • In a bowl, warm the honey chocolate over a bain-marie or in the microwave (about 20 seconds, max 30 seconds).
  • Off the heat, add the cream, sugar, eggs and whisk until the mixture is homogeneous. Stir in the flour. To book.
  • In another bowl, wash the blueberries to thaw them and drain well.
  • Add the blueberries to the sand dough, prepared beforehand, then pour the chocolate mixture over it.
  • Bake on the bottom rack of the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes. The center should still be a little melting.
  • Let cool before serving.
