Produced in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region. Our wildflower honey is harvested from our hives in July and September. It is 100% pure and unpasteurized. It is a polyfloral honey, meaning it comes from several different flower origins.

Autumn wildflower honey: Goldenrod, clover, alfalfa and thistle
Use
Honey can be used as a substitute for sugar in recipes. To do so, replace 1 cup of sugar with 2/3 cup of honey. Reduce the liquid ingredients by 1/4 cup for each cup of honey.
