A perfect sweet and tender cookie with a caramel taste. What better way to impress the children or the visit, but you will have to double the recipe if you want to have some for yourself ;).
Put the rack in the center and preheat your oven to 375°F.
Melt the caramel honey and the butter in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Add the egg and mix. Continue adding flour, baking soda. Then add the chocolate chips.
On a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, place cookie dough balls of the desired size.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cookies are still soft in the center and golden on the outside.
