Raspberry and sea buckthorn muffin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup unbleached flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 4 vs. tsp from powder to paste
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oat flakes
  • 2 vs. soup sea buckthorn powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup plain yogurt 10%
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup raspberries We use frozen raspberries from local producers.
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare your baking pans.
  • In a bowl, mix canola oil, yogurt, applesauce, honey and egg.
  • Add the flours, oats, baking powder, salt and sea buckthorn powder, then mix well.
  • Add the raspberries and chocolate chips.
  • Place in your molds and bake for 24 minutes.
